The basic idea of prolonging the years without aging and nourishing destiny is preserving our reserve Kidney Qi, which is our Life Force. We'll come back to this topic repeatedly, so here's a short video on Kidney Qi

​Avoid drinking Coffee and Ice Water. Both of these beverages drain your Kidney Qi and hence deplete your reserve Life Force. Here's a couple of short videos explaining why.

Eat to protect your Spleen/Digestive Qi. You have to make Qi out of food to replenish Kidney Qi reserves. Here's a couple of tips:
